You don't have to use the whole roll of streamers. Wrap the streamers over each other, creating a loose red and white twist. Tape the ends of the red streamer roll and white streamer roll together. Excess paper can be folded and taped behind the lips formed by the cut out section. Start on the back side of the box and wrap toward the front, which is cut out.
